Great outdoor fun for the whole family highly recommend
Old equipment, toilets/restroom a couple steps above an outhouse. Most things were grungy. Great river trip. We had fun.
Been going here for years. Tom and Andrew are great people. The only problem is they leave at night so the "residents" Mark and Jason two local mullets take over after hours and play loud music and harass the "non-residents ". Even veterans on Memorial day. They talked about playing with their genitalia over the PA system of theirs with kids around. Then a little public urination from them. Quite time is at 11:00 but as they say "they run the place". I hope the $1000 dollars the local mullets pay is with losing repeat customers (group size 20+ 2 times year is more than "residents " pay yearly". Hope Tom and Andrew can take their campground back. NOT FAMILY FRIENDLY. Go else where until owners step up.
Never go there again. I was almost killed and we thought that we lost my grandson. Thank God we are both alright.
Avoid Whitewater Canoe Rental! Called to confirm availability of rafts...told it was no problem. Drove an hour to get there only to be told no rafts available. Called 2 hours in advance and when we arrived, was told people had been waiting 4 hours. Don't waste your time coming here...
