Beside that, it is their fault that they did not wipe off the eye test machine before use or that 3 out of 4 people including the manager were not wearing their name badges.
Assistant manager is a Hater!!! One of those people that gets off by telling you no no no. Be prepared and know how things are supposed to work before you walk in there, if she can find a way to tell you no and send you away empty handed she will. Just do your research first on the website and know the facts because she is going to try to tell you different
The people are nice and it is not their fault that you have to take a number when you are the only customer. It is also not their fault that you need to bring so many forms of ID to prove who you are and where you live.

I have tried several times to call in and they won't answer for nothing. I've called 4 times last Friday and twice today. All I get is a machine that gives me options I dont want. All I want is to take my drivers test.
Absolutely terrifying. The Manager shut the door in our face at 4:58 when she said she would wait for us to grab a document for my daughters temps. This is after she required two documents not listed on the BMV website. GO TO LAWRENCEBURG!!!
Their fax machine did not work so had to leave to get documents and come back.
