Called first thing in the morning and they said a tech would be there in the same day and then waited all day for a service tech. Towards the end of the day they informed me that they wouldn’t service Trane product and would not work on Trane furnaces after saying they would AND I HAD TO CALL THEM TO FIND OUT THEY WOULD NOT SERVICE MY FURNACE. I wish I was informed about this during my initial phone call so I could adjust accordingly. Very disappointed and would not recommend them!!
Our AC went out on the hottest day of the year... Also a Saturday! I called in the morning and they had one appointment ahead of us, they came out so quickly, were extremely professional and honest. I would highly recommend for any service. Thank you Burkharts.
