There is only one good thing i can say they did very well with my nephew Mike viewing as for overall experience very unprofessional. I myself called the Cook Rosenberger Funeral home to help the family Pay for the services for Mike I was told to fax a copy of the check to prove that it was going to be paid in full. So I could give the check on Friday when I got there. They did not put the notice out until the check was received and I ask please lets not make it harder then it has to be on the family and I was told they understood thats why I faxed the check to them and still they wanted the money before they put the notice up on thursday and his service was friday. I just lost my husband July of 2016 I know what they were going threw I was lied to by this funeral home My family had to come to Ohio to received the check from me to give to the funeral home before they would do anything. I would not recommend any one to use these people for anything. At the end of the sevice the woman stood in front of the family and spoke very loudly at us saying that we could give our last goodbyes to Mike. 8000 dollars you would think that visitation would of been longer then one hour. I myself felt like it was last call in a bar they we were treated. I dont know if she had something else to do but show alittle respect to the family from now on. It was my money that paid you people and I told them I could not get there to pay them on thursday and I was told thats ok just fax a copy of the certified check and everything would be alright and It wasnt I will never give them another penny of my money
